well, I know if it was me and it was my child being wrongly accused, I dont care if its only been 2 days, or 20 years, I would fight everyday for my child. Now Im not meaning to say anything bad about the families of the WM3, im sure they still believe their children are innocent, and thats ok, not being in thier shoes, im not about to say anything against them, who knows what they are going thru and how they feel. But i did think it was odd, where I was wondering if it was just a rally to bring media attention or maybe so it would look like they were doing something with all the donation money, or was it just a show for PL3?

 And it really makes the WM3 board look really shady when threads are missing, or edited, just because something is asked or said that they do not like. Why not discuss or argue what was said or asked instead of just getting rid of it. What are they afraid of?

Also it seems to me its turned into attention and money for the "supporters" . Umm, did the "supporters" forget this case is about 3 young children who were brutally murdered to begin with. Im sure they are saying right now, "umm, its also about 3 innocent young boys who have lost their lives." Where is your, without a shadow of a doubt, proof that they did not do it? I mean proof that there is no explaining away. Where is it?  Wait, I know... THERE IS NONE!  See now, thats there has been a trial, with 12 jurors who came back and found them all guilty, and after, i dont know how many appeals, to the state level and the U.S. level, but after all that, and they are still found guilty, we dont have to explain why they are guilty. Its already been done.

Oh wait I know, they are gonna say, "the DNA, the DNA, thats what makes them not guilty." Ummm no that doesnt work either, not all the evidence was able to be tested. Alot of it may have been washed away. If all the evidence they had was tested and did not have any of the WM3 on it, but other DNA that shouldnt be there, then maybe I would believe they may not have done this. But, that is not the case at all.

Did you edit your video to mislead and make the supporter fund raising appear in a bad light? I think you should have a chance to answer that.

Now of course this is coming from Chase who thinks the propaganda against Mark Byers in PL 2 was good documentary and that any lie will justify her crusade.

Don't worry about them seeing your answer AttheWheel folks, Badfish reads here all the time she can't stand it and must report back to her butch and so does Chase for that matter. They aren't fooling anyone.

we were there to cover and document the event - the first date of our year long journey we threw a fundraiser for wm3, so that was the last thing on our minds.

The t-shirt guy said stuff that made us question why they'd give him back funds he raised for the wm3 defense for the porpoise of flying to a rally... it made us question why we did a fundraiser at all - so we asked more questions... like, if you're gonna give folks cash to show, why the t-shirt guy over the blood-line?

The video, uncut is way more damning - the t-shirt guy essentially agrees that it was odd, and he's rather well - I'm not gonna speak for him.

we're on the road, so it's hard enough to edit and post, let alone put in extra time to creatively edit someone to look bad.

I'll be posting ALL the audio sometime next week, as well as audio from the videos, and some of the video uncut for all to decide.

plain and simple - we went down a 'supporter' of a new trial - we left feeling odd about Lorri, skeptical about the intentions of wm3.org and furious over how they treat folk and family from WM.

What I know about that is that Lorri Davis, the wife of Damien Echols contacted us in 2003 and said, you know, we’ve been told you guys know federal habeas corpus, will you get involved in this case? And we said we’re lawyers in San Francisco, it requires – you’re unhappy with the level investigation and factual investigation, so you need that on the ground in Arkansas. How can we possibly do this? And she has said work on the case and I will find a way to raise funds. And all we know is that every now and then we contact her and say, Lorri we haven’t heard from you in awhile, and she says I’ll get to work on this.

Not only has Lori not paid him, but she doesn't even remain in contact with him.

It's pretty clear to a rational person where her intere$t lies.

It wouldn't surprise me if Farm wrote a book on the topic, using this one vague paragraph as his only source.

EDIT - By the way, I am not saying he is wrong about her intere$t$ either -- just that I would not be so sure based on such flimsy evidence.

And you had an opportunity to try and convince folks he probably meant something else.

Maybe someday you will chime in on a subject you actually know something about?

That big haired guy that shot that girl in the mouth has hired him up now to come invent bullshit to get out of murder. I doubt we will see much energy put into the WM3 case in the future. I wonder who will handle the appeals at State level don't think big R handles that.

You aren't implying that since the overwhelming majority of people charged with a crime are guilty somehow proves that the overwhelming majority of Defense attornies are factually liars by trade are you?

No no never that.

I will say Dave gives a person new perspective on defense attorney's and big R is a paid liar and he even has a few
"experts" on the side who will write up anything to match the defense fantasies..

It never ceases to amaze me how supporters put so much stock in the words of an attorney who is required by oath to lie if he believes his client is guilty.

Ahh well your signature gives everyone about as much information as they could possibly use when judging such people.

People like Dog, Pagoda, and such... they come in making all sorts of bold claims.

They just seem to lose interest in defending them when confronted with the actual documents.

They learn pretty quick to only spew the bullshit where they cannot be challenged, and I suspect folks see this.
