Here are some pictures taken where the Bayou hits Missouri street.  The water itself is about 20-30 feet down. Do you think Mr. Bojangles crawled up through this?

If you look way way in the background you can see Mrs. Winners (formerly known as Bojangles) it's about 3 lots down. (past the gas station)

Many, many improvements have been made since then, (wasnt Glen Bailey Dr called Dover Extended then?), and if, just for fun, had Bojangles got out of the ditch at 7th st, isnt it possible that he could have took a RR track to Missouri, even closer to Mrs Winners, errr.. Bojangles?

 The RR bridge is the way to Bojangles. I showed this in a previous thread. Using the Union Pac. track  & the bridge will lead you across this ditch & right into the back parking lot of Bojangles. So no one would need to be down in that ditch. My opinion.
