Sure, they will point out what is inadmissible.

But I fully expect them to attack the DNA evidence.  That's why I said "I look forward to the State challenging Echols based on some of the things raised in this thread."

For some reason, you then said "There's nothing to challenge."

Attack WHAT DNA evidence?

You just can't seem the grasp the concept here, Unless new results contridict biological evidence presented in court, there is no State DNA claim.

That's exactly why he never bothered to file one.
