Yep, he had quite a following, Liddybit.  Reminds me of the Tim Hennis case.  DNA got him in the end, too, but not until after he'd enjoyed 25 years of freedom while a mother and her two little girls lay in their graves.  I still want to strangle the two defense lawyers who got him acquitted.

Kinda reminds me of the opposite of the Tim Hennis case.  The difference being that in this case, of all the DNA evidence the State has, absolutely none of it is linked to the WM3.

In fact, if we wanna make an analogy, it would be more accurate to analogize the WM3 case to a case where lack of DNA resulted in the wrongfully convicted defendant(s) being set free.

You have to realize that the defense approached the State about a plea deal after it failed to produce anything exculpatory with its DNA tests, right?

We'll see which of the three offends first and whether someone gets hurt in the process. Whether one of these killers' DNA is left behind will be kind of moot, no?

Out of respect for the non-insane parents of the victims that post here, I would kindly ask you to fuck off and die. Go have a wank with the other supporters on your own turf, you disgusting piece of shit.

I agree no insane bs theories allowed here. That is what I love about this board. Just the facts. Due process would probably like to see all worthless killers released if there dna doesnt link them to the crime and wants to ignore all the other evidence pointing to three scum of the earth.

You supporters will never get it.  When the crime scene is a wooded area and the bodies are left in water, DNA evidence is almost always nonexistent.

The absence of evidence is not evidence of innocence.  You supporters are unable to grasp that, as well.

Mary, it is kind of like the old rehab line. They have to WANT to get it first. Few do.

There are  alleles consistent with the three twice convicted killers.

Speaking of rehab, NG, didn't I swear off debating evidence with these nincompoops?  Looks like I just fell off the wagon :)

Given you were my sponsor, that's a bitch.

I try to limit myself to post-release discussions, but sometimes the older stuff entertwines. In the 12-step world, that's denial, I suppose.

You have to admit you're original analogy was pretty bad, especially considering that there was DNA evidence found at the scene of the crime and it does not relate to the WM3.
