Hey Alex,

I don't think anyone's suggesting that there may be stuff that an attorney hasn't seen, just that there may be items that WE haven't seen.

When the Prosecution has to make available all the evidence they have against the defendant in order for the defence to prepare the case prior to going to trial?

No.

The Prosecution only has to present evidence that they plan to present, or evidence the Defense are unable to obtain otherwise.
