I have read the transcript of 2/22. Does anyone know if the tape of the confession Jessie made to Stidham or a transcription of it, is available anywhere on the internet?

I have and what I found was a press report that says the tape has now been played in open court during Ballwin & Misskelly's hearing for a new trial, that was held in November. However that hearing transcript did not include a transcript of the tape. Stidham was quoted as saying now it's been played and it actually proves their INNOCENT. But from what was excerpted Jessie is saying the same thing as he always has:  Damien & Jason grabbed them, they started beating them, Jason pulled out a knife, I left out with a bottle of Evan Williams.  Stidham says because this time Jessie says he had on a grey t-shirt instead of a white t-shirt it proves their innocent????

I was also wondering when/if the additional evidence exchanged for the Rule 37 hearings will ever be available to the public.

Well, you certainly didn't expect Shit'em to actually admit he has been lying about Misskelley "immediately recanting" for ten years, did you?

He's without a doubt the single biggest scumbag who participated in this controversy.

The entire house of supporter bullshit is built on Stidham's foundation.

He was Berlinger's primary source, he was Mara's primary source, and he's been WM3.ORG's primary source since it's inception....

Almost EVERY BIT of the supporter bullshit can be traced directly back to Dan "12 hour" Stidham.

And ya know what, Farm?  When I first saw him in PL1, I actually thought he was a pretty decent guy...for a defense attorney, that is.

Lord, was I wrong.

Of all the bullshit I have read about this case, Stidham's "synopses" is the biggest load ever proffered.

You would expect that kind of mindless nonsense from a noob fresh in from the films, but from an attorney in the case?

What a pathetic scumbag.
