UPDATE March 23 2009: Jessie Misskelley's Rule 37 hearings will proceed in Jonesboro the week of March 30 with cross examination of Dan Stidham and Gregory Crow by Brent Davis' successor, and re-cross by Jessie's Arkansas attorney, Jeff Rosensweig. His San Francisco attorney, Michael Burt, will not be present nor will Jason Baldwin and his legal team. There will be further Rule 37 hearings for both Jessie and Jason in the coming months and we will announce the dates here as soon as they are confirmed. Keep checking wm3.org for more updates!

I think that if my high profile San Francisco attorney did not show up.............I'd quit sending him free WM3 T -shirts and keychains.

I kind of enjoy it because now even after I die people are going to remember me forever. They're going to talk about me for years, People in West Memphis will tell their kids stories. So, you still turn to the board you continually pour scorn on as your most reliable source for case updates, Jan?

Tracy knows everything even before it happens...apparently. You should check in with him more often.

I'm surprised he allows you to post here. It's bordering on embarrassing.

Rugs,

The BORG is the supporter board, there is nothing wrong with garnering information about court dates from them. (They are more concerned about it than anyone else so it stands to reason that it will be posted there first.)

Your scorn is unfounded.

You're really struggling tonight, aren't you Joey?

You do actually follow this case, don't you?

Rugs,

Please what is your point? You have had ample opportunity to discuss the case but as TJM recently pointed out: you never, ever do.

All you do is run around gloating and using people's first names like it gives you some kind of power. It's ridiculous.

Is Mark ok now BTW?

Do any of you people follow this case at all?

Sheer, can you explain to poor ol' TJ's mammy what is happening with the hearing?

If you need to "skype" Tracy for the answer, that's fine.

I don't need to be filled in on the joke of a hearing.  It is pretty cut and dry.  Just following protocol.  All killers get that, you do know that don't you?   Jessie, nor Damien, nor Jason are getting any extra treatments, nor have they or their attorneys proven any F5's that would blow their case out of the water.  ...................they all drag up goofy shit which allows them the appeals process.  In case you haven't kept up with anything other than where your three or four sheep are, it has been denied and denied and I guess this charade of collecting the supporter pennies will go on until the i.v. nurse pays a visit to Damien.
I'll post something for you in an attempt to drag your dumb ass back down to earth.............I'll find it later and post it, so pull the practice plunger out, grab your glasses and get ready to read up, ok?  You can do that, can't you?
I didn't ask you about your reflections or opinions of the hearing...........you have a comprehension problem, don't you?

I just merely wanted to get your words on why and how you switched from a non to a supporter.  Is that not simple enough for you?  Just lay it out here for me.  What's so hard about that?   I'm not singling you out, I asked that of the nons on here back when I first joined here.  It's a curiosity that I have.  Wouldn't you rather me to hear 'your' version of it instead of what I have read about it?  This is your chance to shine, and you could use it like maybe if you are convincing enough, you might just sway an opinion or two.  You might have such good reasons.............that I might become a supporter myself, empty out my savings account and send it that way.  ;D  If you hurry up with it, maybe I would switch over and take my camera phone into the courtroom and get some good photos too.  Don't forget to sneak your camera in ok??  ;D
