Sounds so.. Old West or Yurtle Hill or something. lol

What do you think about the stuff other than knowing your turtles, ce?

As for other forms of animal predation ... it seems only something very small would be able to do something like that, or would give up so quickly and not consider consuming the rest of the body. also it seems it would be one lone creature if it were a creature.

i think it's fairly safe to assume that someone mutilated him, as opposed to an animal. seems an animal wouldn't go straight to the sexual organs, either, when something like an arm or leg (i'm not trying to be horrible) would provide more sustenance.

then again, i'm no wildlife expert.

Actually CeWatson, an animal would go there first, as it is attracted to he scent, also scavengers typically go for soft tissue area, and ultimately the stomach and organs. I am not an expert either, but I am an outdoorsman, and I grew up in the delta of Mississippi, mobile, AL and Memphis area....And I love discovery channel, mutual of Omaha wild kingdom, animal planet,,,,so I have watched a lot and seen a lot but by means an expert,   Glad your still here though

I wonder why Byers was the only mutilated one, if it was done by a person.
Seems like he got the roughest treatment all around, poor guy.

God only knows, maybe it was just chance that he was the one and that is all there is to it.  All in all they all 3 were savagely beatin.

He has been cleared by the time line, and witnesses that place him and his wife and other son at 6 pm
  I think he is a terrible father and person, but I don't think he would do something like that......

Mikespadre kinda summed it up, when he stated that he knows things, things that the media, and supporters don't know....I would bet that he wanted to know all aspects of the case and he might be privy to some interesting facts  I think after reading all that I have on here, that if there were truly a reasonable doubt, that he and others on this board would in fact address it.  It is clear that Mrs Hobbs made statement out of anger, and I believe has recanted her accusation against Terry.  As far as JMB....well he is what he is what ever that is.....lol  I think reading about how he is trying to milk everything for what its worth kinda sums him up.

 I know your still not sure, and I understand.  I know things got off on a rocky start for you but I still believe, that in given time to review all the arguments here and utilize the callahn docs, you will see how a great injustice was served up to the 3 little boys, their family and friends.  I can not even begin to imagine the emotional strain the people who are close at heart to this case go thru.   It is a shame on humanity that people will use tragedies as this for the almighty dollar

The "timeline" is hard to determine, though. Wasn't the estimated time of death a span of a few hours?

And yes, JMB is a horrible person, looking to put the blame on whoever will get him publicity. The WM3 to Hobbs, now? And basically conducting his own little "investigation" trying to trap Hobbs? It might just be his personality, but it can also make him seem guilty.

Hey Cewatson,, Nah the time line was investigated , and honestly I hope someone on this board can point you to the facts of his time line..But I do recall that there wasn't any room for him to have done it..

Besides, Wouldn't it seem logical that if he hadn't been cleared. the defense TEAMS (as there has been several..lol) would have stayed with him.  He definitely is more of a shady character in my opinion....lol
