I watched the mockumentaries and actually 'knew' that they were guilty ! 

I thought that they were the biggest load of bullshit ever made to yank folks chain and swindle them out of money......all in the name of getting three child murderers off the hook.  When I watched it, I didn't even really think that they were trying to get them off the hook..............but for raking in dough only.  Publicity stunt that went better than they probably ever expected.  IMO.

I became aware of the case after finding "Devil's Knot" in Barnes and Noble. It sounded interesting, so I bought and read it. I peruse the True Crime section a lot.

I found it an unbiased representation of the facts of the case, and the facts alone are enough to realize something went horribly wrong in this case.

You then felt some uncontrolable need to log onto the net and further research a case in which you were thouroghly convinced "justice" had been served.

No, I watched the films and STILL believed they were innocent. I read the book first, and also different news articles on the case.

I'm not claiming the reverse effect at all. The courtroom stuff in the documentaries showed exactly how ignorant all the prosecutors and their witnesses were.

And I am researching this case further because it's an interesting case. Not so I can come here and piss you guys off. Nor have I devoted my life to trying to prove something about this case like you have.

It's called learning, jackass. If you're interested in something, you want to learn more about it.

You can't unless you google the entire name of the board. So for that to happen cewatson had to go to a supporter board to find out the entire name of this board

you are so right kerrie, i was just gonna post about how mara has the hugest hard on that "jmb did it" in her book~ & even tho i can't stand the rat bastard myself, we know he didn't do it~ so as far as jmb being mentioned wasn't it like over 200 times or something in this book as to why he is guilty, how can this piece of garbage be considered unbiased?~

 In defence of cewatson,  I found this on google, Yes you are right that if you put in wm3 in google, it will list all the supporter boards, however when i was doing my search, I was looking for a board that believed in their guilt.  Google had at the bottom of the page, 3 other search terms and wm3hoax was listed and I clicked on that and that is how I found this board and Callahan.

With that said, cewatson, you stated that you picked up Devils Knot and that is how you became aware of this.  Just remember, that you are in fact reading a book that the author wrote who had formed an opinion and did not put everything into context.  The book may have facts of record, however if you omit some of the facts on record, you can easily persuade the reader to come to the opinion of the author. Doesn't that make sense?  All Films, Books, and News Media do have a bias to their own opinion and you have to be aware of that to be truly open minded. 

Now with THAT said, I can honestly say that the people (NONS) on this board are very sharp, and will not post something that is not true.  They will try to help a supporter find the truth if the supporter honestly seeks the truth and not come on this board and state opinions as fact.  With that I wish you well on your journey to the Truth

People on supporter boards would have had to have found you the same way we did. Unless a NON went and posted on a supporter board. You can find anything on the internet. You don't have to knwo someone.
