 Not that I think your comment was tasteful .. but I did notice Jessie's dad allude that he spent time in prison as well (we see this in his conversation with his girlfriend in PL1)

Was he ever in prison or did I just take that exchange wrong? If so out of morbid curiosity what was he charged with?

I know he is a convicted felon in the state of Arkansas. 
I believe it was marijuana possession with intent to sell......
