Hi there, like most people i stumbled upon this case from a supporters perspective, and at first thought the case sounded very floored. However as the majority of the stuff i've seen is simply based around - the only evidence is a floored confession, its a stitch up - argument, i wanted to get a more rounded view. It was also interesting as there are some parallels between this case and a couple that have occured in the UK (where i'm from), such as the history of child abuse and cruelty to animals and the lack of motive (although in the UK cases the defendants were much younger), which made me question the whole innocent thing.
I wondered if there was anything that gives a concise list of the evidence that Echols and Baldwin were convicted on. I saw the "Evidence the Big Picture" thread and wondered how close this relates to the case.

Hi Elski and welcome to the board.
For a list of the evidence, you should probably start here:
http://www.callahan.8k.com/trial_transcripts.html
Have a read through and then read the documents. (also on callahan's site.)
