From the June 3, 1993 Second Interview....

Gitchell: Jessie, uh, when when you got with the boys and with Jason Baldwin when you three were in the woods and then little boys come up, about what time was it? When the boys come up to the woods?
Jessie: I would say it was about 5 or so 5 or 6.

What Jessie actually said was "I'd say it was about it was about 5, 6....5 or 6...

Gitchell: Ok, well that clears it up. I didn't know, that's what I was wondering, was it getting dark or what.
Jessie: We got up there at 6:00 and the boys come up and it was starting to get dark.

What Jessie actually said was, "We got up there about 6, but the boys come up, when it was startin to get dark"....


Jessie actually yawns more than once.

He yawns when he says "white and blue addidas", Uh huh"...

He yawns when he says (yawwwwnnnnnn), "Uh, yea, down by the water"....(replying to did you ever see the boys in the water?)


He yawns when he says "nope,", to the question "do you wear a belt"....finishes yawning as he says "uh uh", to Jason wearing a belt....



That's three big, huge yawns................

How terrified do you reckon he really was?

February 17, 1994 Statement:

DAVIS: Ok. When you, who was with you at that point ?

MISSKELLEY: Jason and Damien.

DAVIS: And was there anybody else with you ?

MISSKELLEY: Nope.

Left out of that portion was Davis saying, "where did you get with them"

And Jessie replies, "Lakeshore"

DAVIS: Ok. Where was, was he actually hitting'm with the knife or with his fist ?

MISSKELLEY: blade was open.

DAVIS: Ok. Could you see where he, was he cutting the boy?

MISSKELLEY: No, he was like this swinging the knife at his legs.

What Jessie actually says is "well, the blade was open"....

And Jessie actually says "no, It looked like he was swinging in there at his legs"...

MISSKELLEY: After he cut through with'm then I noticed what'd he done.

DAVIS: What did you see?

MISSKELLEY: I saw that boy you know missing

What Jessie actually said was "I saw that boy was you know, missing everything"

DAVIs: And were, what happened to the boys, did you stay, after you see Jason do that and he comes to you. What happens next.

MISSKELLEY: Well, he sc, Damien was Jason went back to that one boy, started hitting him some more.

DAVIS: Now when you say the one boy, is that the one that had his penis cut.

MISSKELLEY: Uhm.. (yes).

What Jessie actually said was more along the lines of something like,  "well, he Damien was squealing, Jason went back to that one boy, started hitting im some more"...

DAVIS: Ok, Jessie tole me that Jason came over to you and then went back to the boy that had been castrated and start hitting him in the face. What was Damien doing at this point?

MISSKELLEY: He was still holding that, still messing with them boys, that boys penis.

It sounds to me like he said "He was still holding that, still messing with them boys, that boys' ears"....not sure, but it doesn't sound like penis...

MISSKELLEY: I went to my house, got my then went to Johnny's

DAVIS: went wrestling. Was it dark when you left to go wrestling ?

He says he went to his house and got his MASK.

CALVIN: But you all never did have any discussions about?

MISSKELLEY: Uhn.. (no) I didn't want to say nothing else to'm when they came around and seen me.

He said "I didn't want to say nothing else to em after what I'd done seen".

DAVIS: Jesse I asked you earlier about what you just told me about the events that took place the night of May 5. Is that, what you told me the truth?

MISSKELLEY: Yes, sir.

DAVIS: Ok. And if I asked you to testify to that in Court, would you and could you testify truthfully to those same things?

MISSKELLEY: Yes, sir.

I guess this explains how the pants got off....

DAVIS: Ok. You said that he was going to screw the little or stick his penis in his behind. What did you see Damien do?

MISSKELLEY: They didn't do it, he was going to it, then they didn't

DAVIS: Ok. What was it that Damien did that made you think he was gonna do that?

MISSKELLEY: Well I seen the boys pants down.

MISSKELLEY: He pulled'm.

DAVIS: Who pulled'm?

MISSKELLEY: Damien.

DAVIS: Ok. And did the boy, wwas the boy running when that happened or was he trying to get away or what was happening ?

MISSKELLEY: Well he was kicking his feet.

how do I KNOW that what u hear is yawns

Well, among those transcripts you swear you've read, the witnesses to the interrogation testified that Misskelley was yawning.

Of course you can PRESSUME the witnesses are guilty of purjury, but you would need to explain why you choose to believe this, and we can laugh at you as you fumble to explain why.
