Jesse Hurst said that Damien had said it was Branch, but he was not there only in a vision. Cleary Damien is delusional

So, in other words, he wasn't there except in a vision.  So whatever he told Hurst was bullshit?

Hi, I have not posted here before. I'm not a supporter and I am not a non. The reason for this is I keep wavering in my belief. I read the trial transcripts, but the problem is, I read them after seeing PL1 and PL2, and reading Devils Knot. I think it's colouring how I am comprehending what is in the trial transcripts.

One day I think the 3 are guilty, the next I don't. Please don't yell at me, I just simply have not made up my mind.

One thing I have decided though - that Rugs person is one nasty POS. I joined his board last week and posted once or twice, and have also been reading here. I notice he used to be a non, then suddenly changed to supporter. So out of curiousity (and a slow day at work LOL) I read back over old threads and am DISGUSTED to see some of the shit he has pulled.

Words defy me at this point at the stunt he pulled with the camera and Vicky Hutcheson. Who does he think he is? He's not a journalist, so I don't know what gives him that sense of entitlement that it's OK to go and film and ask questions under the misguided illusion that it's OK for joe public to do that sort of thing.

Hi Whitelilly and welcome to the board. As you do you do more research and keep reading you will finally make up your mind if the three are guilty or not. Hopefully :P

Thanks Kerrie.

This case really bothers me because I truly can't make up my mind. I hate the thought that three innocent people could be locked away for something they didn't do, on the other hand I hate the thought that three killers could have so many people fooled and working so hard on their behalf to have them freed.

I'm going to continue to lurk and occasionally post and hopefully make up my mind. I don't like being on the fence. I'm going to give the trial transcripts another go and really take my time so I don't miss anything.

Welcome Whitelily!!   Keep reading at Callahan's and here as well because there is alot of great info here to get the truth on this case.  You mentioned that you've read Devil's knot.....have you ever read BoI?

Hi Sherry,

I have been trying to get my hands on BoI, but have not been able to find it. I live in Australia and it's not readily availably.

I really got into Devil's Knot but I have to admit, I felt a bit deceived when I learned that Mara Leveritt didn't even attend the trials. Not that she ever said she did, but it was implied - to my understanding anyway - that she was there. It just felt a little bit like she had an agenda. I would like to see something non-biased. I think I read somewhere BoI was fairly even-handed...is that your impression?

I'm going to try some libraries at the weekend and if I can't find it there, I'll order it through Amazon.

I can't really compare the two books because I have not read Devils knot (and I don't plan to) but from what I know about the case, BoI seems that is more even-handed.  From what I've heard about Devils knot...it seems Mara tells some blatant lies in the book.  If you can't find BoI anywhere, let me know and I can send you my copy.

There was a post with the psychological term that describes what Damien was doing when he made his confession to Hurst and I can not find it right now but I think Farm was the one who addressed it.

But Addict, what boggles my mind is that YOU have been here a hell of a lot longer than me, and why is it that your asking questions to things that have already been addressed?  Is it that you just ignore it and put it out of your mind? Is that why you might think that it is a new argument.  I think you should do more reading (I know I am) because most of the Newbie questions have already been answered in some form or another...All I will say at this point to any person who is actually new to this is READ THE BOARD.

Yes I post on Websleuths and the blackboard.

....and what would you say is the "one big thing" that is making you lean towards being a supporter?

Oh because all of your post on these boards suggest you have always been a supporter and you have also said some really nasty shit about us on this board. You know Whitelilley we along with most of the people on these boards, both nons and supporters, are really sick and tired of people like you. Why do you feel the need to lie? No one on this board has been disrespectful to you.

Wow...  What board is she saying stuff about us.

Did she really think all of us here ONLY read here LOL LOL LOL

You know, I remember a post Sheer wrote not too long ago about how she is not a trustful person, and she doesnt open her self up to others the ones she doesnt know because of the shit that happens..Im starting to learn from that. Every new person that i see on here I am seeing myself say..Hmmm  what does this person want..What shit are they gonna start, or are they gonna try and be sneaky and get some gossip to take back to others.  Thank you Sheer :)  I do feel more guarded, and the way things are looking, we should be.

Yeah, I saw whitelily calling us nasty or whatever over at the stain too.

Sherry made a post about websleuths awhile back:

I'll stand by my original assessment.
