And not only fact, but "embellished" fact.

For example, I don't even see the accusations in Warford's affidavit that Tricky attributes to him.

Wouldn't it be nice to hear what the jury foreman has to say about this.  You all know that there is two sides to every story.  Supporters are saying he is guilty simply because someone comes forward YEARS later with an affidavet saying this. 

Unbelievable!!!!

You realise that doesn't make sense right? For one, I don't think a jury would intentionally commit misconduct. Secondly, they're not exactly going to walk out, say yes we have reached a verdict, oh but by the way you better call it a mistrail cos we cheated.???
