I am a supporter but it seems that your guy's belief that they are guilty is much stronger than my belief that they are not.  Interesting.

What? Dave there is only one of you. LOL you may want to try your poll on all the boards or do one somewhere away from the boards because not everyone who knows about this case participates in the forums.

And you would be amazed at how incredibly simple the explaination for that is.

Not interesting at all, more like sad because as it has been pointed out, you have no clue on what you are spouting about

All a matter of perspective and opinion.

"All a matter of perspective and opinion."

Sorry Dave, but it's all a matter of facts. Fact is, three people are rotting in jail, where they belong.

Did you forget about three little boys whose memory is being dishonoured by the lunatic fringe who insist on supporting three baby killers?

Three little boys who should be resting in peace, but instead their memories are being trampled and they are forgotten by so many who think the important thing is to free the sick fucks who took their lives away.

Dave I just wanted to let you know not every non is pro death penalty and some of us would be satisfied if Echols sentence was reduced to life without parole. I am pro death penalty for personal reasons not because I am a non. You see the difference? We are not drones. We do have things in common and things we will totaly disagree on. I guess you can call us human. Imagine that?

FACT: Three people are rotting in jail

OPINION: Where they belong.

Not at all.  In an ideal world justice would be served.  Here I'm not at all sure it has been.

"Lunatic fringe"?  Isn't the belief in the innocence of the WM3 pretty mainstream now?  CBS News is pretty mainstream.   In fact, the lack of non-supporter evidence and opinion is part of what led me here.

Again an opinion but I don't really see how you don't see that reasonable people would come to another conclusion.  You can easily flip it and say the three little boy's death has gone unpunished.

Oh yeah I get that.  Thats fine.  I am against the death penalty, but when "Tookie" Williams was executed here in California I was comfortable that he was guilty of his crimes and that an innocent person was not being killed.

I had tried to say this (what Kerrie said) and failed miserably. So....I will say:

what Kerrie said,  :D  and to support what she said:
I'm Anti DP and a non, so I can't answer your Poll thing.

If I hear one more person say that the media has "changed its' mind, and now believes in their innocence," I'm going to blow a gasket.

It's the media, dave...you know, those people who make their living selling stories. They thrive on controversy - hell, they deliberately create it - because anything controversial with opposing sides is great for news ratings.

It's really just as simple as that.

I can attest to that. Despite being called a liar on the blackboard, I used to be a police media liaison. I have lost count of the number of times we gave a journo the true facts of a case and they still went on to report lies because they made a sexier story.

I guess what I really meant was "Would you be comfortable that a guilty person was being executed".  But then I suppose there is a school of thought that says NO ONE is 100% sure of any verdict- thats cool I get it.
