Farm, do you have the deposition files and the statements from the neighbors here? I don't want to give out links for the Blackboard.

Hahaha.  I started wondering about all that (links from anywhere?) and just gave up.

I've read and seen interviews from KATV about neighbors who claim they saw Terry call out to the boys on the night they were murdered.

The "Ballard" bullshit is just that.

It completely contridicts at least a half a dozen witnesses who DIDN'T wait a decade and a half to come forward.

This is interesting.  (My favorite word when I'm lost.)  I am really, really hazy on the house to house stuff and all, but I wonder about the neighbor affidavits.

Addict

And your point is? If you believe for one second that these people just out of the blue came forward after 17 years, then I would say you have a problem. Since Lorri and company have stooped to the lowest point by what they did too Amanda, what makes you think they didn't hand over a few thousand dollars for these people to suddenly remember. Addict were talking about people who a thousand dollars is a lot of money.

I thought my point was clear. "I am really, really hazy on the house to house stuff and all, but I wonder about the neighbor affidavits."  Basically, that means that I am interested in how the door-to-door interviews, other statments, etc. line up with the neighbor affidavits, because I'm not sure what I think of them.  One of these days, I'll take the time to go through all the statements again and compare them to the recent neighbor affidavits to see where the issues lie.  I don't simply accept them anymore than I simply accept someone's word for it that they are complete bullshit.

I'm not going to get into the Amanda thing with you, Jan.

The reason I posted the above link was because I thought Emmaline had asked if anyone knew where a link to them from somewhere other than the blackboard was.

I think my point is I can't remember last year things that happened, and the last year has put me through some heavy changes. Don't get me wrong I remember what happened and the events that took place but I could not give out dates, times or anythings else. And to remember 17 years back, thats pretty hard to do. Even Echols admitted he cannot remember some things after 17 years. So these people just pop up and remember this is the exact date that they seen Terry with the boys, I don't buy it.

In the last year I found out more about Lorri Davis than I ever wanted to know. Shes not the sweet little angel every supporter thinks she is.
Infact in the last year I found out more about this case then I wanted to know.

But the one thing I can tell you Terry Hobbs is not a murderer.

I'm interested in any statements, etc. you guys think might conflict with the affidavits given by Ballard, Moyer and Williams (and I guess Jacoby's 7/24/09 affidavit as well).  I wonder how exact affidavits given 17 years after the fact would be as far as date/time, and I'm interested in any statements given closer to 5/5/93 that may conflict with (or even back up) the affidavits I linked above.  Thanks.
