Interning for two years in the PD's office, out of law school since 1996.  Yep, I've done primarily matrimonial law after seeing how incompetent our criminal law system is (albeit never on the scale of the WM3), but have been a volunteer attorney for the Innocence Project, reviewing appellate briefs, etc for the last couple of years (and if a certain PI case with a brain injury settles where it should, I'll be closing the office and working full time for the Innocence Project) --   http://www.dpdlaw.com/transcript.pdf

Dave what DNA evidence!!!!? There is none that can possibly indicate Terry Hobbs. The DNA testing provided shit and you know it. It cannot indicate the three murdering freaks were there nor can it indicate they were not there. However it does show they could possible be donors. To solve this problem more testing has to be done on the stuff that wasn't tested! I also see that the defense is leaning towards more testing when they present their case in September. Personally I hope it gets approved because I will bet you a billion dollars there will be lots of DNA left at the crime scene from WM3.

Pioneering Criminal profiler John Douglas stated that not only were satanic elements absent from the murders, but the very nature of the events seemed to be the work of a seasoned killer with some degree of criminal intelligence, who was prone to rage, and probably lived close to the crime scene. Douglas makes the strongest case for suspicion against step-father Terry Hobbs, calling him a liar and offering descriptions of a murderer with means, motive, and opportunity which could be directly applied to Hobbs, and referring to what is now believed to be hair found during DNA testing which belongs to Hobbs, or another member of his family. Also mentioned was a hair found that is believed to belong to David Jacoby, an acquaintance who was with Hobbs the night of the murders.

Why would this fool Douglas even mention Terry Hobbs in a conference unless they were trying to throw doubt at everyone. They wanted to take the blame off of Damien your hero and throw it on someone else. See Dave if they had something on Terry they would have kept their mouths shut.

I've been lurking for a while, and only registered today to say the following:

Like you guys, I believe the WM3 are guilty. I think they need to die. For real.
However, all these personal attacks towards supporters, all the name-calling and profanity and bickering on this board makes us look exactly like what the supporters think we are: uneducated rednecks. Don't ya'll think it's in our best interest to present OUR case in a way that is eloquent, objective, and supports an actual DEBATE? Perhaps THAT way we can at least get the supporters to accept our point of view, instead of attacking our credibility based on the fact that, so far, ALL of you have been unable to address an issue without personally attacking the person opposing your views.

Let's not forget what we're here for! We're here to make sure three BABYKILLERS stay in jail! The supporters have shared their opinion from an entirely legal - not personal - point of view, and believe me: they are going to end up getting their way if we keep acting like idiots and simply insult anyone that disagrees with us to the death, instead of properly expressing our objections to their theories.

In most cases, that IS exactly how Newbies and HONEST SUPPORTERS are addressed.

Perhaps THAT way we can at least get the supporters to accept our point of view, instead of attacking our credibility based on the fact that, so far, ALL of you have been unable to address an issue without personally attacking the person opposing your views.

Take note omgwtflol, The very supporters you are talking about jump from board to board spreading lies and deceit.  THESE people will never admit they were wrong and will do or say anything to the contrary.  There is no reasoning with them.  We do not ban them, instead we have an opportunity to go back and look at their post;s and show the rest of the people just what a lying sack of shit these people really are.
